Took me a few days to make up my mind on which one to get because theres a lot of waist trainers for sale on amazon. I wanted to start with one that wouldnt be too expensive. I originally was going to buy a Kim Kardashian one from higher end websites like waistshaperz, Waistgang, & Hourglass Gal but I wanted to start with one I could get used to first and lose a couple inches first before getting one from them. This item is perfect!!! It fits just right! I just got it and I already like it. Others really dont fit right or fit too short or tooooo tight. But this one fits like its supposed to. Its meant to be used following a work out but can be used just throughout the day! Im hoping it will help me lose a few inches and help my post partum belly! I had doubts at first. FOLLOW the size chart!!! I was going to get an XL because my clothes right now are L-XL. But I had to get the 5XL (I KNOW!!!! It seems huge!!!!) but keep in mind that it is not very stretchy material and it is meant to be a tighter fit and clothing. It also has 3 sets of hooks so right now Im on the very last one lol. As I lose weight Im hoping to get to the middle then the tightest before going down one size! True to its size. You wont regret buying this!! Only thing I wish it was just a little bit longer so it could get top of my back (hard to put on by yourself back there) but with a little help you can stretch it to cover your middle upper back rolls.

So far I love it! Just got it in the mail today and put it right on. It arrived very quickly! My only thing is I got the short torso trainer because I have a shorter torso but I wish it went higher up in the back cause it kind of cuts into my up back unatractively.I am 53 140lbs, I am very active, I work out every day. I was between a medium and a large but I bought a medium and it fits well. Im starting on the outer most clasp and hope to eventually work my way in.

This shapes your waist and flattens your stomach better than any shapewear I've ever used!! I absolutely love it. But, it does run small so I'd suggest sizing up.

This waist trainer is perfect. It holds in everything as it should. It's made of good quality & material. It's a good value for the price I paid. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
