3XL too tight- 5'9" and 165#

Ordered 3xl and it was way too tight. 5'9" and #165 Sweating before I could even get the thing on! It would've probably worked had it not been for the giant hip bulge created where the tank ends. I tried adding bra extenders in the crotch as it was short in torso, which helped.

Awesome waist trainer!

I love this waist trainer! It's easily adjustable (albeit the velcro is quite loud) and I like to change it based on what I'm doing. If I'm working out (which I totally recommend while wearing this) I find that a tighter fit gives me more support while I'm working my core. If I'm just walking around the house or doing chores, I opt for it to be a bit looser.

I love it! Fits perfectly under anything and does not show or stick to clothes or bunch up and very comfortable fit! I love it! And I will purchase another one in the future when I wear this one out lol !
