Super firm compression

Super firm compression. Ran small in my opinion but it did a great job smoothing and shaping. It's a wetsuit type material so it doesn't breathe, that is the only real flaw. Glad I purchased it.

True to size.Awsome waist trainer !

I purchased a size L and Im 54 175lbs,long torso,36-33-38.I just had my fourth child 3 weeks ago and wanted a waist trainer to help me keep everything in.Lol. Large fit just right and Im already at the last row! I will definitely be ordering a M ASAP! The material is high quality. Yes it does smell like rubber but after 4 days it doesnt smell anymore. It super comfortable and I wear it all day long. It helps my posture so my back doesnt hurt since Im breastfeeding. In the pictures you can see that on the first row my amuffin top isnt bulging out but on the third row its definitely bulging out but since I want to target my lower stomach I pull it down even more making my muffin top bigger then if I wore it up higher.I dont mind it because Im home all day and can conceal it with a bigger top.In the short time Ive had it I can see a difference not only in my shape but Im my posture.Its definitely worth purchasing it! You cant go wrong with this waist trainer !

Perfect for post tummy tuck

I bought this for post tummy tuck. It fits perfectly and I would recommend it for others as well. It can be used as a Spanx under dresses to slim out your waist to. I absolutely love it and plan to order in a smaller size once this one gets too small.
