Orders should be delivered on time, however with the uncertainty of the current situation third party delivery services might experience their own delays.

What is the Refund/Exchange Policy?
NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGE BY STORE CREDIT ONLY!! Due to the nature of this business and for security reasons, we CANNOT accept REFUNDS. EXCHANGE BY STORE CREDIT ONLY!! You have 15 days from the time the item(s) was delivered to send it back to us for an exchange. (PLEASE read our FAQ’s about the cincher being tight before sending it back). Returned items must be unused, unaltered and returned in the original packaging.
Also, due to health regulations, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS on the following items for sanitary purposes: Butt Lifter, Instant High Waisted Brief Panty With Butt Booster, High-Waisted Panty Shaper With Booty Lift, Body Shaper with Butt Lifter, Thong Body Shaper and the Cindy Push-Up Thong Body Shirt. NO EXCEPTIONS!
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES TO AND FROM. ALL ITEMs MUST BE CLEAN, UNWORN AND ODOR-FREE. All items must be in its original packaging. ANY ORDER RECEIVED WITHOUT ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR LABEL MAY BE CHARGED A RESTOCK FEE OF $10.00. PLEASE INCLUDE THE INVOICE IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE SO WE CAN IDENTIFY WHO YOU ARE. Also, please keep the tracking number for delivery confirmation. If the item is not returned within 15 business days, we cannot accept it for an exchange. If the item is returned after 15 days, it will be returned to you. For International customers, we allow up to 30 days to have the item returned. (NO EXCEPTIONS!) Should an item get lost in the mail due to postal service or stolen once delivered, it is not Waist Shaper Co.'s responsibility to replace it!! PLEASE Contact your carrier!

We ship all packages using USPS or FedEx or UPS, DHL for international orders. All transit days are an estimate and are not guaranteed for most services. If you are ordering outside the US please allow additional time for your order to get through customs. Waist Shaper Co. is NOT responsible for any taxes or dues that may be associated with the shipment.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discovery, American Express, Paypal, or Western Union only. To protect our customers from credit card fraud, your billing address must match the credit card used for payment. The billing address is considered the address in which your card issuer mail the credit card statement(s) to.
If you are unsure what this address is, please check your credit card statement. Please understand that this is an internet regulation to help ensure that the person making charges to a credit card is the actual cardholder. If we have any problems processing your card, we will contact you.
How long will it take to receive my order?
DUE TO OUR HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS, after your order has been placed please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed, Plus the shipping method you paid for.
When do orders start processing?
ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAYS & WEEKENDS WILL not start processing until MONDAY.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most US shipping takes 5-7 business days & International shipping is 7-14 business days depending on location, unless the customer has expedited shipping.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide.
How do I wash my Waist Shaper Co. Waist Cincher?
Hand wash in soap water of cold or room temperature and Air dry to keep fabric from shrinking and losing elasticity.
How do I find the best I Waist Shaper Co. Waist Cincher for me?
Read the descriptions of the products and match them to the results you’d like to achieve. Order the product that best fits your needs. Please use the contact form for further assistance.
What size should I order?
You can use your current height and weight on our size chart to determine your size. Once you get that, you will need to go up one or two sizes depending on the waist cincher that you choose. There are size recommendations for each cincher so please make sure to check that out by clicking on the cincher that you are interested in.
What do I do? I choose the wrong size/color. I want the same cincher but a different size and/or color?
We will be happy to exchange the item for you! Please feel free to send the item(s) to senders address located on your invoice. You have 15 days from the time your package was delivered to send it back to us for an exchange. Also, please review our Return/Exchange policy located on your invoice. We do not accept exchange on items that has been damaged or worn. All return items must be in its original state as received. You are responsible for shipping on both ends.
Once item is shipped, please provide us with the tracking information to avoid lost packages! We will not be responsible for undelivered packages.
Upon receiving your package, please allow 2 business days for inspection to be completed. Once inspection has been completed, we will send you a store credit code via email.
How long do I wear my Waist Cincher?
It is recommended to wear it 6-8 hrs daily for 30 days to see maximum results. In the beginning of wearing your waist cincher, you can start at 4 hrs then work your way to 6-8 hrs wearing daily.
Is the Waist Cincher used to lose weight?
It is used to lose weight off the Stomach Area. With eating healthy and exercising you will lose weight. While you lose weight, the waist cincher is used to create that hourglass figure you have always desire.
How long before I start seeing results?
Many of our customers informed us that they start seeing results within that first week of wearing their waist cincher. We ask that you allow 30 days.
How long does it take to ship?
It takes 3-4 business days to process all orders. If you placed your order over the weekend, your order starts to process the next business day. As it is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Policies and Terms:
Free Shipping on U.S orders of $100 or more.
Valid for free USPS parcel shipping & handling in the 48 contiguous United States. Most items ship within 3-4 business days.
United States Shipping: Parcel Post mail delivers in 3-5 business days. Priority mail delivers in 2-4 business days. Express mail delivers in 1-2 business days.
Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties fee added by their respective government.
Foreign orders are usually shipped via Priority mail and can take 2-4 weeks to receive.
* If a package is tracked and the status says" DELIVERED" by the Postal Service, it is not Waist Shaper Co. responsibility to replace it on all orders. Please contact your local post office to locate your package.
All estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.

BE SURE THAT YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE THE SAME OR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. THIS IS TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS FROM IDENTITY FRAUD, unless you can verify your identity by sending us a copy of your photo id.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final! We do not issue refunds. STORE CREDIT ONLY. If you have an issue with the item(s), email us at sales@WaistShaper.co within five business days of receiving your item(s). Once order is placed, we cannot cancel order only exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a full store credit for unused merchandise within 30 business days of delivery of merchandise. Please email us at Sales@WaistShaper.co with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.
Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 30 business days or items will not be accepted. Please contact us before shipping an item back to us.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all return items. Shipping cost is non refundable on all return items. Please allow us 72 business hours to ship exchanged item(s). All return items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed in original shipping box with tags attached.
**If an item sent back to us is not in the original conditions sent, we reserve the right to charge a $10.00 restock fee.
